According to media reports, Stable received investment support from eGirl Capital on February 12, 2026.Stable is a Layer 1 blockchain network launched by Bitfinex and Tether, dedicated to delivering an efficient and convenient stablecoin ecosystem. The project supports using USDT as native gas, enabling free peer-to-peer USDT transfers, allowing users to enjoy seamless application experiences without incurring gas fees. Stable innovatively enables smart contracts to run directly on stablecoins and integrates native fiat channels, bridge-free cross-chain transfers, and other functionalities, providing users with compliant cross-chain interaction solutions and priority execution channels.In terms of project progress, Stable launched its testnet on November 4, 2025, with the mainnet launch now imminent. Prior to this, the first phase pre-deposit activity successfully surpassed the $825 million mark. Additionally, the project initiated a phased KYC verification program to ensure thorough preparation for the upcoming mainnet launch.
